The Paragon Luxury Apartments has a new retail tenant. The UPS Store opened its doors at 730 S. Myrtle Avenue on Sept. 26. According to their website, the store will just be here temporarily until their new location next door at 710 S. Myrtle is ready.
Its neighbor to the south is A Snail's Pace, which opened back in July.
